Exchange of products
Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Returns can be made within 7 days of purchase, provided that our authorized personnel have checked and confirmed the ability to return the purchased items.

Excluded items
No return or exchange is allowed on discontinued or liquidated items unless the items were within the 7 days return period, otherwise, manufacturer warranty conditions will apply.
Unopened items
Only personal care products, headphones, batteries, cables, connectors, mobile accessories, software games, are none exchangeable unless they are unused and sealed in their original packaging.
No cash refund
Refunds or exchange will be accounted as credits on your account with respect to the above-mentioned conditions.
